* Deposit of $50 is required for all portrait bookings and will be deducted from total cost.
* Deposits are non-refundable.
* Remainder of balance due at the time of scheduled session.
* Expedited editing requests will incur a $100 fee for a 48 hour turnaround.
* Late clients will forfeit time lost.
* Revocation of deposit will apply for no call, no show.
* $50 rescheduling fee will apply if asked to reschedule within 12 hours of shoot.
* No additional fee will be assessed if an act of God forces a reschedule.
* Travel fees apply if your choice of location is outside of Charlotte, NC.
DISCLAIMER for STILL IMAGERY: I will provide a link with your raw photos the day of your shoot to select the images for your package. I will receive a notification once you have finalized your selection. All of this is done inside an easy to use portal I use for photo delivery. The raw photos will have my logo over them for my protection!
DISCLAIMER for VIDEO PROJECTS: You will receive your video based upon what you included on your booking form and what we discussed during your consultation. I ask that you please allow me to be the creative you hired me to be. However, I will grant you ONE revision if things are not up to your liking!
